Topic: Global Analysis of the Printer & MFP Market

Mr. Rocheleau is responsible for research direction, execution, and delivery for Lyra's Consulting Group, a position he has held since 2006. He has a wide range of experience in the printer and media industries, most recently as director of all research activities for Lyra's market advisory services and as founding analyst of Lyra's Hard Copy Supplies Advisory Service (SAS). Before joining Lyra in 1996, Mr. Rocheleau was director of marketing for Communication Papers at S.D. Warren Company and was a founding member of the Digital Printing Venture Group. Prior to joining S.D. Warren, he worked for 11 years at the printer division of NEC Technologies, serving as product specialist, product manager, group product manager, and senior marketing manager. In addition, he has held marketing and technical positions at Oki Data Corporation and Bonneau Associates.

Mr. Rong is Lyra's director of primary research and senior analyst for toner supplies- and page volume-related research for Lyra's Hard Copy Supplies Advisory Service (SAS). He also has strong knowledge of the Chinese digital imaging market and contributes to numerous consulting projects for Lyra. Before joining Lyra in 2000, he was a project manager and statistician for two full-service market research companies. A veteran of the aftermarket, Goddard is a high-profile industry professional with more than twenty years of experience. Goddard was Managing Director for Innotex Precision Limited, a subsidiary of Print-Rite Holdings Company. He held this position for more than eight years, successfully guiding the company to substantial growth during this time.

Goddard's background is technical. He holds an electro-mechanical engineering degree from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom, and his MBA from Boston College. Mr. Liu Hong is the General Manager of Pantum Technology Ltd, in charge of sale & marketing in China and AP. Prior to joining Pantum in 2010, Mr. Liu worked for Lenovo and Digital China for over 18 years. Mr. Liu was the assistant VP of Lenovo Group Co and General Manager of Lenovo Printer and Digital products Business Unit. He was the founder of the Lenovo printer and peripheral business and led Lenovo printer to capture the No. 2 market share in China. He spent 18 years in the printer industry and 5 years in Consumer electronics and software. Mr.Liu has rich experience in printer technology, product, sale & marketing and management.
Mr. Liu won the Lenovo Top Award: "Lenovo Prize" twice (Very few executives in Lenovo history have ever been honored) and was a torch bearer in the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Mr. Liu graduated from Peking University with a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Software Technology. He received his EMBA degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).



Steve Michlin

Topic: Evolution and History of the Toner Remanufacturing Industry Troubleshooting and Inventions

Steve Michlin has a BSE in Chemical Engineering and a BSE in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from University of Michigan. He was awarded 39 United States Patents related to toner cartridge remanufacturing and super-parts for toner cartridges involving simple solutions to complex problems. He is a recognized industry innovator and has given many seminars worldwide on remanufacturing topics. He has written over 65 published articles on industry topics. He has been an expert witness in patent litigation involving toner cartridge remanufacturing inventions. He enjoys solving problems for toner cartridge remanufacturers, the "answer man" helping mostly remanufacturers. He has been occasionally asked for technical advice from OEMs as well. As a result of solving many problems Steve has developed many new products that solve problems. Steve was acknowledged as the first laser printer toner cartridge remanufacturer in PCWEEK Magazine, December 18, 1986 issue.
